John Baldwin brings over two decades of military and government experience to the classroom, with expertise in naval security operations and communications.
As a former Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Officer and a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain, John has firsthand experience with critical communications in challenging environments. His background in intelligence and project management provides a unique perspective on maintaining effective communications during emergencies and grid-down scenarios.
He has a Masters in Public Administration from Cal Poly and is a Licensed General HAM Operator, and a board member of San Diego County Gun Owners.
